Great customer service! Needed a second key fob for my new-to-me Honda Accord. Stopped in on Tuesday to ask questions, set up appointment for Thursday (they could have done it right then, but I could not. new-to-me Honda Accord. Stopped in on Tuesday to ask questions, set up appointment for Thursday (they could have done it right then, but I could not.) They took me to work Thursday morning and dropped the car off for me when it was done. Gave me a car wash. I paid online, it was reasonably priced and the service was perfect! Staff was great from beginning to end! I will be back! 👍 More

The wait time was too long, usually oil changes takes 1/2 hours to 1 hour not 1 hour and 30 minutes. Service was great! hours to 1 hour not 1 hour and 30 minutes. Service was great! More

Honda honored an extended warranty (recall) for the push button start and remote entry. They scheduled an appointment and served the HRV immediately - no charge. They also washed the vehicle.
