Our service man was very nice & knew what he was talking about. We needed a new battery, which we got. But the old battery was out of warrantee. I had gotten e-mails saying I needed an oil change, but w about. We needed a new battery, which we got. But the old battery was out of warrantee. I had gotten e-mails saying I needed an oil change, but we hadn't driven enough so we didn't need or get an oil change. One issue: Your records say we purchased our new car, a Honda CRV, in January 2018. We actually purchased our new Honda CRV car in December 2018. Our license plates are even due in December also.
