I had my Crv in for service and it was going to be long repair and when I asked about a loaner I was told it would cost me $25 to rent a car. Our Mills in Willmar has loaner cars and no $25 charge. I live 60 miles from your dealership so no one could pick me up. I would have had to sit another 2 or 3 hours after sitting 2 hours. I will keep this in mind when I buy my next car. More
