My battery had died, and after I had my car jumped, I drove straight to Luther. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Casey was able to take my car right away, and the battery was replaced and the c drove straight to Luther. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Casey was able to take my car right away, and the battery was replaced and the car was washed in half an hour. The salesman I worked with made some unnecessary and off putting comments towards me and his nonverbal communication seemed like he was annoyed the whole time. There were damages that weren’t disclosed on t putting comments towards me and his nonverbal communication seemed like he was annoyed the whole time. There were damages that weren’t disclosed on the website and when I spoke up about the damages, he didn’t say anything and brought us inside and just told us to sit down.
