We went to Luther and purchased a 2023 CRV on February 13th. With what I'd consider less then stellar service. Stephan was friendly enough and got us in a vehicle to test drive right away. I wasn't happy about the added features Luther installs and then charges you for without updating their sticker price such as the pulse break lights. But there didn't seem to be any sort of care from the team. I made a comment about my son wanting a hat, to which I was met with "I don't even think we have merchandise." After the initial paperwork they told us it would be a bit before we could get in for the financing so we left for dinner and then returned and waiting in our vehicle. We received a message saying it was almost time so we came inside and then waited nearly an additional two hours before we began going over the finance paperwork with I believe Mark. In that time we meandered past the merchandise that we were told "we didn't think we had." Which was quite the annoyance. While we were waiting to start the finance we actually set a time to leave because we still had an hour drive home and had our two school aged children with us. I commented to Stephan more then once at my annoyance of how long it was taking. Mind you we walked in knowing what we wanted and it took nearly 4 hours for us to buy a vehicle. Fast forward to today, after being annoyed with the daily reminder to review my visit for the last week. I recalled we had yet to receive our Luther Advantage care. So I called. I spoke with one sales person, don't recall his name who informed me they changed the ship out of the cards from monthly to quarterly so it would be some time before I received it. But he transferred me to Stephan who then informed me that they take about 6 weeks. After some talking to update my address as I mentioned that Holiday took the carwash coupon. Something he had told us they "normally don't do." So great, now I don't have a car wash coupon, and I'm being told not to expect my card till the end of April. You know, AFTER the snow is gone and the salt is gone and I'm not getting a car wash every day. More

Made a note to say my van was 1. 5 quarts low on oil, but made no mention of this or asked to add oil to it. Didn’t realize until I read the paperwork that it was low on oil.
