We drove 120 miles one way and these gentlemen stayed after hours on Saturday in inclement weather... that’s probably an understatement... horrendous weather to allow us time to select a vehicle and finish our purchase. Pat was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful answering my questions over the phone prior to our visit. He took great care of us during our visit. Greg was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and took the time to introduce himself when we arrived even though we weren’t working specifically with him. Donnie was very helpful and exceeded my expectations in helping us find the right vehicle. We also received a follow up call after purchase to thank us for coming in and make sure we made it home safe. I feel the vehicles we were looking at were priced fairly within the current market range. My only complaint is the vehicle I purchased needed a set of brakes and rotors and we didn’t realize something was wrong until we were on the way home. My expectation is that it should have been addressed prior to selling/listing the vehicle, as I feel it would have been a simple fix for the dealer.
