As we continued talking I believe it was Mike that approached us and let us know about a new Civic. I continued working with Brett and then he took me on a test drive in the new Civic. He explained all the "gadgets" and how the controls worked, I was sold on the car, I felt comfortable in it right away. After I made the decision to buy Brett told me about options that were available for a new car. No pressure to purchase but thorough on what these options would do to protect the car. This may seem minor but I think it added to the dealership, Brett took me to the lounge and also the service department and told me how the service department took in vehicles and how they operated. Also Brett thanks for responding to my phone calls so quickly and saying call anytime. Thanks Brett for a great car buying experience. Also thanks to the service department for getting me in to add the options. They also were very professional. Also hats off to Brian for helping with payments. More

Personable, knowledgeable and a genuine care for the customers best interest, he helped my wife and I find a vehicle in our budget that had all of our needs (and wants). CJ worked for us beyond our expectation and he was enjoyable to be around throughout the process. Because of our situation we were left in by the previous dealership, CJ was in a position to push us towards a more expensive vehicle or take advantage of the situation, but that is not how he operates. He kept our needs in mind and did what was best for his customer. For that, as long as CJ is at Honda, he has my business. Who knows, he may get me in an Odyssey before years end! Thank YOU, CJ!!!
