The nicest thing is we are senior citizens and no problem getting a car wash but more challenging to give the front a good vacuuming. My suggestion is give customers an option a good vacuuming or a car wash? More

Watch the charges They wanted me to give them 5 stars but I can’t. I find charging for diagnostic work then not crediting it back when the work is completed to be shady They wanted me to give them 5 stars but I can’t. I find charging for diagnostic work then not crediting it back when the work is completed to be shady. Plus they didn’t even have the kit in stock to complete all the recalls on my Honda. It’s going to require yet another trip to the dealer. Plus the prices for doing the work found on their vehicle inspection was downright a rip off. I’ll take it elsewhere. More

Friendly but poor.. I love the car I got, but the service just wasn’t very good. I bought the car, they made me put down a $5,000 down payment on top of my trade in. They told me it would have been ready on Thursday, they gave me no heads up calls about the car, it would take me to call and nobody knew an answer on when my car would be ready. After I called they told me it will be ready Monday, I called Monday to try and pick it up and still nobody knew what was going on. Finally Tuesday I called and he told me it would be ready that night. I picked up the car, I love everything about it but the appreciation they showed for me buying a car through them and not giving me any information made it a nightmare and I will never come back! More
