I brought my 2019 Ridgeline to get inspected underneath for damage up on the hoist. I struck a garbage bag full of cable and debris at freeway speeds and could hear a rattling. They upsold me an engine airfilter and attempted to sell me a cabin filter. No inspection took place. When I could still hear the rattle in the parking lot, I brought it right back. The sales person laying on the ground could see what he thought was the damage. Clearly it was not inspected on the hoist. More
