I was charged double the labor rate for a transmission fluid change. I brought my 2019 Ridgeline to get inspected underneath for damage up on the hoist. I struck a garbage bag full of cable and debris at freeway speeds and could hear a rattling. The sales person laying on the ground could see what he thought was the damage. Clearly it was not inspected on the hoist. More
