When one dealer told me I "needed" about $400 worth of work done, I brought my car in and they told me it was not only unnecessary, but there wasn't anything wrong with my car. Every time I come in, they are fast, friendly and I know when they make a recommendation, they are only looking out for my safety and my car. More

Always takes too long. An oil change (with an appointment) should not take an hour. Plus another 1.5 hours after that because they noticed something was wrong, to only find out something wasn’t f appointment) should not take an hour.
