I called the dealership on 6/25/19 to see if a 2018 certified preowned Honda Accord was still available. I already researched the vehicle and did some test driving at the mankato Luther Honda with Chri certified preowned Honda Accord was still available. I already researched the vehicle and did some test driving at the mankato Luther Honda with Chris Skillman. Chris was absolutely amazing. He helped find the right vehicle for me, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the Mankato Luther Honda had to sell the accord I was looking at before I was ready to buy. Chris Skillman helped me find another accord and referred me to the St. Cloud dealership because the accord he found was not able to be transferred to the Mankato store. When I called the St. Cloud dealership Tayler Wobschall answered the phone. I explained to him that I was from Mankato and would be driving up to more than likely purchase the 2018 certified preowned black Honda Accord. When I arrived I immediately took the car for a very short test drive. On the drive I asked Taylor a few questions about the vehicle that I already knew the answers to, but wanted reassurance on. Tayler couldn’t answer a single question. He didn’t know ANYTHING about the vehicle other than it had a brake hold button. He literally did nothing to sell me the vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle I noticed some scratches on the rear bumper. I asked Taylor if he could get me a little tube of touch up paint for the scratches. He said he would have the service guys throw that in when they cleaned up the vehicle. I never received it. After the test drive my partner had a couple of questions about warranty info and the extra paint, interior protection, etc. packages. Once again Taylor knew nothing. Taylor brought us over to a display with info and said we could stand there and read it while we waited for the finance man. In the end, I purchased the vehicle and an extended warranty plan. I asked for a copy of the warranty plan info sheet that the finance man had on his desk. The finance man said he would include it in my paperwork, but he ended up forgetting. On 6/28 I called and left a voicemail on Taylor’s cell phone. I had 5 questions. 1) I wanted to know if the car had Siriusxm because the website said it did when I was looking at it prior to purchasing. Taylor said he was pretty sure it didn’t have that. 2) I wanted to know if the salesman who helped me with everything in Mankato could get some type of bonus for referring me to the St. Cloud Honda dealership. Taylor told me that was not something that could be done after the sale. I told Taylor I would’ve said something prior to the sale had I known and even though I didn’t say anything I did put Chris Skillman on the finance paperwork (prior to purchasing) as my salesman. 3) I reminded Taylor that I didn’t receive my touch up paint. Taylor said he would mail it to me. 4) I told Taylor I didn’t receive a copy of the warranty info that I asked for. Taylor said he would also mail that out to me. 5) I asked Taylor if Honda did any deals on oil changes if you had them done at Honda. Taylor said yes, you get 10% off when you get your oil changed at a Honda dealership. (I later found this info to be incorrect.). Today is 1/29/20 and I have yet to receive the tube of touch up paint or the copy of the warranty info I asked for. I wasn’t going to say anything, but these issues are still bothering me and the more I think about it I wish I would’ve called and talked to a manager right away. This was literally the easiest sale. Taylor didn’t have to do anything and he didn’t even do the little bit that I asked him to do. I wish I never bought my car through Taylor. More

Liked being able to schedule online, did leave a question asking what B13 was, but no one responded via email, text or phone prior to appt. very satisfied w/ service once at dealership. She identified what B13 meant on top of the oil change and tire rotation. It would have been nice to know in advance when scheduled online the time it would take w/ the additional service, as the code did not identify in detail what it was- as this would have allowed me to make more accurate arrangements w/ others we were meeting for lunch, but that wouldn’t keep me from returning. I DO recommend you put “EXIT ONLY” signs on service bays on north side, or arrows exiting, as those not familiar w/ dealership, including myself- because Honda’s don’t require frequent maintenance- accidentally sit outside the wrong door for awhile before realizing it is an exit, not an entry🥴. Overall, highly recommend Honda and Waite Park Service Staff. More
