Everything went perfectly until for the second here that my tire pressure light went on when I was about 20 minutes out of St. Cloud. Followed direction but now need to drive 30 minutes to see if it worked , it is a 2016 Honda touring suv. Very frustrating. More
I have always prided Luther Honda on the honesty of the service department. Since yesterday, I have had nothing but honest service. Yesterday, the gentleman that checked me out, not the same who checked me service department. Since yesterday, I have had nothing but honest service. Yesterday, the gentleman that checked me out, not the same who checked me in, said my tires would need to be replaced soon. He said either either late summer or early winter. I said I don’t think they are that old or have that many miles on them. He then checked how many miles I had the tires put on. I had the tires put on 30,000 miles prior. This would mean I would still have at least 20,000 miles on the tires life left if not more. I was disappointed that I was told sooner. I know businesses are struggling through this pandemic, but as are customers. What will make a business thrive in this hardship is not up selling, but honesty and integrity. Hopefully, the next time I go back it will be like my past experiences at Luther. More
I appreciated our dealer Andrew. He was very informative without pressuring us into a sale for the sake of making a sale. The online contract system was not functioning, so it took a while to figure out that I need to sign via hard copy. That was the only negative part of my experience. More
Excellent customer service with great attention to detail. I live 220 miles from Luther St Cloud and the majority of our transaction was online, texting, or phone calls. Poor organization on purchases. Sales staff was arrogant and talked down to us as if we had never purchased a car before. Sad experience. Sat for 3 hours only to be told financing could not go through on me and talked down to us as if we had never purchased a car before. Sad experience.
