I went in for an airbag recall and asked to have a oil leaked diagnosed. I was told it was an oil pan gasket and a couple of parts were needed. I was given an estimate of $3,544! It is a 2003 M3 but $3,54 leaked diagnosed. I was told it was an oil pan gasket and a couple of parts were needed. I was given an estimate of $3,544! It is a 2003 M3 but $3,544??? For an oil pan gasket with no other information. I was not given a breakdown of parts cost and I paid for the diagnostics. I had the repair completed somewhere else for $826 using genuine BMW parts More

This is usually my favorite BMW shop. It may have been covid, but service was sub par this time. Had an issue I wanted looked at, they just tried charging me instead of asking for my warranty.
