Kevin Pose is a gem, ready to help out with any questions,service appointments,tire pressure adjustments,resetting my clock,etc..He always goes the extra mile to be sure my car is running perfectly and answer any questions I might have about my vehicle. He is one in a million and the dealership is so fortunate to have such a friendly,professional employee like Kevin. Past experiences have been great. Less so this time. I love Luther Park Place. I've a strong relationship with many of the staff. Between my husband and I, we've purchased 6 cars there. The service cente I love Luther Park Place. I've a strong relationship with many of the staff. Between my husband and I, we've purchased 6 cars there. The service center is typically wonderful, too. However, this visit, when sharing my concerns at my 20,000 mile service, I was 'mansplained' to. I've grown up working on cars: I don't need someone to tell me I'm wrong about my sunroof features (I'd already researched it...I knew I was right...that's why I made a statement rather than a question) or to explain why my coolent light might be on (car maintenance 101). Extremely disappointing. More
