Good experience overall Fancy dealership comparing to others, I like the way car is dropped of at service department (self open door and just drive in). Lounge is good, but to close to reception desk, so hearing calls come in for hours was tiresome. Not many places to go around dealership, I live 1.5 hours away from it, so for long service I’m stuck sitting in the lounge. Shuttle rides are offered thou, I just don’t know where to go in Rochester. Repairs are very expensive on BMW. It’s nice when I call for an appointment- all I have to give is my phone number, and they know my car model and previous repair history. More
