My main man who sold me my CX3. Quiet, friendly, and unbelievably efficient. I had my doubts about our trade in, but we knew the car we wanted. Next day, I was primed to dicker; Matt greeted me with the deal I wanted (which we had not as yet even discussed.) After that we just continued with the most pleasant dealership experience I've ever had. The entire sales staff entertained me until Matt was free (as I had just dropped in unexpectedly.) Lisa Graham introduced me to this pleasant atmosphere when she serviced my Miata three months ago. Loaned me a new 6 while my car was in the shop. This was fun!!! Love my CX3. It's the red one in the commercial. More

replace tire and install front air dam I came in for a leaking right rear tire. The puncture was too near the edge to be replaced. Dealership obtained a new tire for me the same day. Super easy, no-pressure buying experience My overall experience with car dealerships has been hit or miss, but I had an absolutely stellar buying experience at Premiere. Short version: Ever My overall experience with car dealerships has been hit or miss, but I had an absolutely stellar buying experience at Premiere. Short version: Everyone was awesome - super knowledgeable and friendly. None of the hard-sell pressure you get at some dealers. Excellent follow up after the sale. Really dig the service loaner program. Long version with some extra props: First I did a test drive with Jim Bogard - I let him know that I was just in the information collection phase of my car search and more than likely would not be buying that day as I had other test drives scheduled. He was super cool about it - he didn't pressure me to buy that day and was super respectful about my need to check out other options before committing. Next I came back to make sure some of my work equipment would fit in the CX5's cargo bay - Jim was with another customer so I worked with Kelly Vitale that day and ended up buying. Kelly was also awesome - no hard-sell pressure, super chill, super knowledgable on the CX5's I was looking at. Loved that after purchasing, they filled up the gas tank and detailed the car one more time while my paperwork was processing. Then once everything was done, Kelly spent another 20 minutes after closing showing me all of the features of the car. Also came back the next week to get Apple Carplay installed (since it wasn't standard in the 2018s) - Lisa Graham had me in and out in a jiffy, and the service loaner program they have so you can stay mobile while your car is in the shop is a major benefit in my book. Loved that even after the sale, everyone was still great (I've had experiences where they just toss you the keys and write you off - not the case here). Kelly and Jim both recognized me every time I came in and went out of their way to say hey and make sure I was happy with the car. Absolutely would recommend! More

We bought a new 2018 Masda cx5 from this dealership LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, PREMIER MASDA OF KANSAS CITY! We love everything about this amazing dealership! We bought a new 2018 Masda cx5 from this dealership last year. It was our daughter. We did a great deal of research to make sure we got the best deal from the best dealership and we landed at Premier Masda! So glad we did! Justin and Kelly Vitale spent so much time with my daughter teaching her all about the car. They educated her on all of the safety features and made sure she was very knowledgeable and familiar with the car. They truly cared about us! The General Sales MGR, Jason Barrett is beyond amazing! He is very involved in all of the sales and came out and introduced himself. He was so sweet and kind hearted! Fast forward one year, we love our car and we love our dealership! Omg...they at just incredible! EVERYTIME we walk in Kelly Vitale ( our sales gal) and The GM, Jason Barrett make a point to come and say hello. They always remember our names! I am so comfortable sending my 16 yr old daughter in to get her oil changed BC they treat her like an adult. She came home and said mom...they treat me like a queen! Oh and they was your car by hand! Yes by hand...complimentary! I needed my oil changed last week last minute and I called and spoke to the GM, Jason. Even though the service Dept had 30 cars in that day, he said no problem and even gave me a loaner car. I also showed him a door ding and a small scratch. I got a “no problem” to that as well! I came back and the ding and scratch were gone! No problem and no charge! I just sent a friend from work to Premier Masda to buy her car so of course I would refer a friend! I will only. Us cars from them! Top notch place! The dealership is so cool! Reminds me of a Harley dealership! Also yummy snacks, drinks! The best, funniest, knowledgeable employees ever! Love the service folks, Lisa and skylar! One time Lisa helped me unload about 30 bags of groceries! This is just a really different, family type, honest, feel good place!
