The Masda belongs to my 16 year old daughter and she has taken it in several times just for the amazing free car HAND car wash. She has also brought it in for it’s service oil change and they treat her with such respect. Love them for that. So last week, I called them last minute (again) to get it in for a simple recall. They were very busy that day, but I explained that I would be in the area and could they possibly get me in. I also asked for a loaner car. SKYLAR.... rocks! He is in the service department and always seems unlucky enough to take me pleading calls. He fit us in and gave me a loaner car! I was able to get it in by calling that morning! It means so much to me that they continue to take such great care of us so long after we bought out car. Sklyar is amazing! So polite and helpful! Jason the GM always comes out and says hello! Love him and Kelly who works in sales. The entire place is just many moons above every other dealership. I continue to send people their way BC they are so classy and go above and beyond to their customers. He had my older vehicle scoped, which pointed out that I needed a bunch of other things to bring me up-to-speed ( no tickets though). He was in constant contact with me; I bugged him a lot with questions...he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Premier is not the closest Mazda dealership near me; but Toby surely won me over. All of my service will be taken to Premier from here-on-out. I spoke with Jake (parts dept) several times; he displayed the same professionalism , kindness, and knowledge that Toby did. You have a great staff! I was extremely satisfied with the quality and promptness of communication throughout the process with various members of the sales staff. We were able to reach an agreement fairly quickly on what I thought was a fair price. My only issue came when it was time to discuss financing terms at the dealership. I found the tactics in that area to be purposefully confusing and misleading. I'm sure the salesperson was just doing as directed by management, but I had to stand my ground and ask for specifics rather than be coerced into signing and agreeing to terms that weren't made 100% clear. Beyond that, the process was simple and easy. I also appreciated not being strong armed and pressured into a lengthy discussion about extended warranties and other add-ons. Matt in particular was excellent to work with and stayed in constant contact both before and after the purchase to ensure I was taken care of. Will definitely be going back to this dealership for service appointments and keep in consideration for any future purchases! More
