First, the rental car they gave me was extremely dirty, and had no fuel. After 3 weeks, I was finally called back to pick up my car. They didn’t do a curtesy wash for my car either, so it was also very dir and had no fuel. After 3 weeks, I was finally called back to pick up my car. They didn’t do a curtesy wash for my car either, so it was also very dirty from sitting outside for 3 weeks. This is a basic service they do at every other dealership I’ve ever been to. Then to top it all off, I got home and found a detached pvc hose just sitting on my hood. They never attached it back to the engine and now I’m wondering if everything was put back correctly. Dealership wants me to go back to make sure things are correct but I don’t live close. Only went there because it was a warranty job, but very disappointed in this service /dealership. More
