Pleased and surprised I took my car into the shop due to a couple of issues I had with the car. Using my experience from a previously owned car I suspected a particular me I took my car into the shop due to a couple of issues I had with the car. Using my experience from a previously owned car I suspected a particular mechanical failure. The car was left at the shop for evaluation. The technician could not replicate what I had described as the problem. As a result I needed to leave the car there for a thorough inspection the following day. In the meantime I had been given a very nice, very comparable loaner. I received a message to call them back the next day. I was prepared for a report of an expensive repair. To my surprise I was told that they again could not replicate the described problem and that the inspection turned up no issues. I was very pleased. Always respectful Skyler in the service department is so kind and respectful. He is one of the reasons I drive 45 minutes to have my oil changes done here. On top of that he genuinely cares about any concerns I have. I also love the loaner cars so I don’t have to wait. Kelly is also a great asset to this dealership. Even though I unfortunately did not purchase my Mazda from her she knows me by name and says hi every time I’m in for service.
