Excellent I brought my 2012 Ridgeline in on May 5th. for oil change, tire rotation, the service man( I can't remember his name), went over my vehicles history & I brought my 2012 Ridgeline in on May 5th. for oil change, tire rotation, the service man( I can't remember his name), went over my vehicles history & told me it was time for the brake fluid to be drained & replaced, which I wouldn't have known. Purchase of new 2015 CRV Touring model We had to order the unit due to the color we wanted, and waited 5 months for it to arrive, which is not the dealers problem. The only surprise we had was having to sell the dealership our 2007 Pilot to the dealer rather than being able to simply trade it in, thus paying full tax on the new car price.
