Considering another vech from this Dealer I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul from this dealer. Each time I have come in for service I had an appointment that was honored on time. So good in fact it is the main reason I am looking at a 2020 or 2019 to purchase. Specifically from this dealer. We (wife and myself) went to sales to "look around". Great service The services I received (oil change and system update for recall) was fast and courteous. My only concern and why I entered 4 instead of 5 stars is be The services I received (oil change and system update for recall) was fast and courteous. My only concern and why I entered 4 instead of 5 stars is because on my way out, I was told that i would receive two $5 oil changes instead of three (which I was told I would receive when purchasing the car.) When I advised the cashier I was told I would receive three discounted oil changes at the time of purchase, I was given a look like I was being petty and was told that the deal used to be one free oil change and is now for two discounted oil changes. Now I feel like when I have to broach this topic in the future I will receive the same treatment, which is discouraging. More
