In the past, could really tell the difference in the performance but after getting my oil change done, my car seems to be ticking and not running smooth as expected. Besides, I DONT WANT TO START ASKING TO SEE OLD FILTERS AND ASKING IF THEYRE SURE THAT STUFF IS DONE CORRECTLY AND TIGHTENED UP PROPERLY, OIL PAN SO ON AND SO FORTH. WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE AGAIN TO COME BK FOR OTHER TRANSMISSION SUGGESTED MAINTENANCE AT MY MILEAGE! THX More
Last visit involved an oil change and recall service. No issues with those services, but upon leaving low tire pressure indicator came on and air needed to be added to tire. I'd expect little things like that to be caught in the inspection. A larger issue- battery test indicated "good"/green level. A week after this inspection I started having issues starting the car, and two weeks later the battery completely died, requiring a jump. There was also visible corrosion on the terminal. Not sure why these issues weren't flagged during the inspection. More
Recall service was provided within promised timelines. No updates were given on service progress. The waiting area is small and crowded compared to most dealerships. Service staff were courteous. It took them several months to get the part that was needed. After they did, I brought my vehicle in, and they spent over a day trying to fix it before they realized it wasn’t even the right part. While needed. After they did, I brought my vehicle in, and they spent over a day trying to fix it before they realized it wasn’t even the right part. While they were trying to fix the issue, they broke my seat. After several more months, they finally had the part and I made an appointment for the repair. When I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, they said they weren’t even sure they would be able to get to it that day and the loaner they had was a small SUV that wouldn’t fit my family when my warranty repair was for a minivan. Just an absolute collective mess. I will not be back. More
