i went in and from the start let them know that i had a pre-paid maintenance and tire rotation package and by the end of my visit they said they couldn’t find record of me having any package at all, and on pre-paid maintenance and tire rotation package and by the end of my visit they said they couldn’t find record of me having any package at all, and once i showed him my paper work he looked so defeated like he was hoping i didn’t have it or something like that.
