Service has been questionable. Been in three time for the same repair. Never called when the part was in. Had the vehicle for 4 days, still not fixed. Bought my car here and when I bought they promised they would fix the dents/paint scratches. I brought the car in 3 different times- one time for 2 full days and they never did any repairs. The last time t would fix the dents/paint scratches. I brought the car in 3 different times- one time for 2 full days and they never did any repairs. The last time they just threw a paint pen in my car lol. Waste of time and i bought the car based on these repairs being promise. I will never shop here and will advise anyone I know to not shop here. More

Taking time off from work is challenging enough and I woukd have rather been know this for approval process at work. I felt like the Service Person helping me is put out by questions or requests even though I made clear when making the appt that I had these questions. And that has happened my last 2 appts. I know the Service Center is busy and short staffed but I made scheduled appts far in advance. More
Fast and friendly service with ongoing updates. There was no pressure to take a more "expensive" option, I was just given the choice and power to do what was best for my time, monetary, and aesthetic preference.
