I made my appointment 6 weeks prior. They were aware of my after market remote start. When I got there for my appointment I was told they could not do the anti-theft software upgrade bec They were aware of my after market remote start. When I got there for my appointment I was told they could not do the anti-theft software upgrade because of it. I had my other Kia done somewhere else last week. I still needed a new key. I had a quote for that, thankfully! They tried to overcharge me for it. Super disappointed in the customer service! I did get the key that seems to work so I rated it fair. More
