Filed complaint with BBB. Service requested not performed at all. Charged $660 and battery went dead in a week, despite inspection "okaying it". The tires all had a different air pressure reading. Which tells me you did not check tire air, which is my understanding is part of the oil change program. The computer was not set back to zero as is the normal practice. The vehicle was not in the shop very long. A shorter period than I usually experienced. All service people I have dealt with in the five years since I bought my Nissan here have been friendly, helpful, and competent. In this instance, my check engine light had come on just before I was due since I bought my Nissan here have been friendly, helpful, and competent. In this instance, my check engine light had come on just before I was due for an oil change. Adam noted the mileage on the car, 38842, and that my warranty expired at 39000 miles. So whatever they found would be covered. This was unexpected and welcome news. Another 158 miles on that odometer, and my bill would have been over $500 more. As it was, I paid for the oil change, new wipers, and the $50 deductible for the warranty repair. They had the part but would need more time to install it and then reprogram the computer. Therefore they lent me a car overnight so I wouldn't be stuck there for hours. I have had all the servicing on my car done at the dealership because I have been so well treated since purchasing my car there. More
