Came in for the 7500 mile oil change and "check up" on our Kia Soul. Everyone was amazingly friendly and they had the work done in less time than was told to me and they even washed our other Kia up" on our Kia Soul. I like how this dealer allows for online scheduling as well as call in to schedule. They never pressure me to do more that I came in to do. Great service as usual. Explains procedures and what needs to be done in a way non car people feel comfortible with. Was not happy that this car needed so much service as things that should last longer needs to be done in a way non car people feel comfortible with. I needed to get my 2012 Kia Sorrento serviced prior to a long trip and to have a multipoint inspection done. I did not have an appointment but, Eric was able to get me in and out in about 35 minutes.
