I had a driveability problem that was hard to explain and very bothersome. Adam was very attentive and i felt confident that they were going to do a thorough diagnostic. Luther Nissan Kia has NEVER disappointed me. I have purchased 2 Nissan Murano's and have had the service department service both vehicles. I have always had a very good experience even when the advisor purchased 2 Nissan Murano's and have had the service department service both vehicles. I have always had a very good experience even when the advisor suggests they do something and I say I can do that myself there is never any pressure from them. I will bring my vehicle back many times as long as they treat me the way they have in the past. My 2007 Murano is starting to get some miles and in another year I will be looking for another Murano.
