Came in for the 7500 mile oil change and "check up" on our Kia Soul. Everyone was amazingly friendly and they had the work done in less time than was told to me and they even washed our other Kia up" on our Kia Soul. Everyone was amazingly friendly and they had the work done in less time than was told to me and they even washed our other Kia that we just bought a month ago in which my husband had picked me up in to go have some breakfast while we waited. The service and professionalism is always top notch and we won't go anywhere else for sales or service. Thanks to all of you!! More
I like how this dealer allows for online scheduling as well as call in to schedule. They never pressure me to do more that I came in to do. Great service as usual. Explains procedures and what needs to be done in a way non car people feel comfortible with. Was not happy that this car needed so much service as things that should last longer needs to be done in a way non car people feel comfortible with. Was not happy that this car needed so much service as things that should last longer have not, but I am glad that when I do need service I deal with these guys. They used to wash the car when finished. I miss that. It was a nice gesture especially after spending so much money on repairs. Great experience like always though. More

I needed to get my 2012 Kia Sorrento serviced prior to a long trip and to have a multipoint inspection done. I did not have an appointment but, Eric was able to get me in and out in about 35 minutes. I have been to Luther Nissan service department well over 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to thei 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to their service work. (but then what dealership is)They are competitive however. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and each one has been a great experience. If I had any complaint it would be that the dealership must be doing something right because they are running out of room in their exsisting facility and they really need to expand their operations.
