I brought my vehicle in for warranty work and they had to order parts so I had to come back two weeks later. There was some confusion on my part on whether or not I was eligible for a loaner car. Mike was great to work with and really helped me out in a jam. I wish my vehicle could have been fixed the first time I had it in, but it is understandable that parts needed to be ordered. They were all very customer friendly and were able to put the customer first when it came to helping me with the loaner car. It may not mean much to some but when I took my other car in for service at it's proprietary dealer they did not wash my car and I felt wounded....Nissan has spoiled me.
