We have just experienced the most AWESOME USED/NEW car experience that can be had ANYWHERE. We came in to have our 2010 Versa serviced. We have always taken it to the dealer for any repairs except for an experience that can be had ANYWHERE. We came in to have our 2010 Versa serviced. Luther Nissan/Kia and the PROFESSIONAL at this dealership have ALWAYS treated us with respect and made us feel as though WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT MATTERED AT THE TIME OF OUR TRANSACTIONS. WE came in to have the car looked at..: WE walked out with a BRAND NEW 2013 kia rio. From Igor Tennanbaum,our Salesperson to Eric Nieves our finance person Niel the finance manager that MADE IT HAPPEN and Jeff Kessler who handed the deal off when Igor was not there. When I come in to Luther Nissan Kai the service center staff members are always nice. No one pushes anything they just want to help you maintain your car. Needed oil change and had questions about a couple unusual noises relating to my vehicle. Information received from Adam Bistodeau after the technician had done a test drive did validate that one of unusual noises relating to my vehicle. The other issue was noted for work to be done at a later date to resolve it. Appreciated the shuttle ride to work and the pickup shuttle after work to get my vehicle at the end of the work day. I was in an hour within the hour that the service rep estimated. That in my opinion was great I hate being told about one hour and I'm still waiting two hours later.
