Luther Nissan Kia has NEVER disappointed me. I have purchased 2 Nissan Murano's and have had the service department service both vehicles. I have always had a very good experience even when the advisor purchased 2 Nissan Murano's and have had the service department service both vehicles. I have always had a very good experience even when the advisor suggests they do something and I say I can do that myself there is never any pressure from them. I will bring my vehicle back many times as long as they treat me the way they have in the past. My 2007 Murano is starting to get some miles and in another year I will be looking for another Murano. I had an appointment for work on a brake light switch, replacing a brake light, and an oil change. I was promptly greeted by Adam, who remembered me, made sure I was comfortable with waiting for my car an replacing a brake light, and an oil change. Andrew Parr was very helpful in explaining the recall notices I received from Nissan. I was very happy with the first service that was done on my new Sentra with one exception. That was whenever I had notices I received from Nissan. I was very happy with the first service that was done on my new Sentra with one exception. That was whenever I had my cars serviced for oil changes in the past there was always a sticker that was placed on the windshield showing when the next service was due. Today there was no sticker.
