Another repair shop stated that I needed a new radiator and gave me a big $ quote. I had LNK install a new radiator back in 2009 so I took it back to them. I was notified earlier today that something had happened to my father and that I had to travel to Houston TX the next day. My vehicle was in need of service. When I called just to see what they could do....Jason was a little anxious about being able to make it happen for me. He called the dealership directly and stayed with them until he got the answer he was waiting for...."yes". Ryan from the dealership had approved me bringing the vehicle in 20 minutes later I was at the dealership and they took the car right back. Ryan spent time explaining to me what the car needed. About 20 minutes after that I was out of there. I was driving home thinking about how amazed I was at how well that went, and how awesome it was for them to be able to make this happen for me. Another satisfied experience. I like that when I open my door and go to the service desk that I'm greated by name. Love the flexible hours and the ease of scheduling. I had a driveability problem that was hard to explain and very bothersome. Adam was very attentive and i felt confident that they were going to do a thorough diagnostic.
