Having purchased the KIA Soul a couple of months ago, this was my first service experience with them. Immediately upon pulling into the service area, I was greeted by Andrew(??), who greeted me by name, this was my first service experience with them. I would like to commend Luther Kia Nissan for their wonderful, professional customer service. I had called on June 17th to schedule an oil change on my Kia Optima since I was coming back from the Mayo wonderful, professional customer service. I had called on June 17th to schedule an oil change on my Kia Optima since I was coming back from the Mayo Clinic and would be in the area. I live in Plymouth, MN so I am not always in the area. I was told by the service scheduler that I could not get in for an oil change for a week. I then talked to a service advisor and he told me to just drop in and the service department would perform the oil change. We arrived at 3:45 and were out of the dealership by 4:20 pm. I was very pleased with the flexibility and professionalism of the Luther Kia Nissan service department. I would highly recommend the Luther Kia Nissan service department. More

I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the efficiency of working with anyone at Luther Inver Grove Kia from the day I bought my car there in 2011. It is very easy to get of the staff and the efficiency of working with anyone at Luther Inver Grove Kia from the day I bought my car there in 2011. It is very easy to get a service appointment and the amenities of being able to take a vehicle home, or wait in their visitors room is a huge plus. Well worth the 28 mile drive for me to get there from South Minneapolis. Keep up the great work! More
