I spent $100 for nothing. They couldn't figure out my problem after 2.5 hours of waiting. I understand it is a weird case. My trunk pops open when I turn off the car and sometimes when I open the doors, problem after 2.5 hours of waiting. I understand it is a weird case. My trunk pops open when I turn off the car and sometimes when I open the doors, but if they had told me there was a switch in the glove box that could be turned off and I would just have to use my key to open the trunk I would have skipped the service call. Why not help with that suggestion first? I feel like I paid $100 for a car wash. More

I have not been to the Luther Nissan Kia Dealership since early 2001. I was greeted with a smile and Welcome right away, and the gentleman that greeted me knew right away who I was at the appointed time and early 2001.
