I had an oil change recently and love their late hours (open until 11pm!). Easy to schedule an appointment with their flexible hours. It was a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like family with a overall great experience! I was in for a oil change and the rear wiper arm to be replaced on my Kia Sportage. Scott was very accommodating since I only had a certain amount of time I could be there. He was very aware of my time constraint and let me know while my Kia was being serviced how much longer I could exp amount of time I could be there. I VISITED BECAUSE OF A RECALL INVOLVING THE KEY FOBS AND TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO THE MINUTE. THE RECALL WAS REPAIRED, AND THE NECESSARY PART FOR THE CAMERA WAS ORDERED. SCOTT ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN THE PART CAME IN, THAT IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE CAR WOULD BE READY AS SOON AS THEY FINISHED WASHING IT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND ACCURACY. I FELT THEY HAD MY TIME VALUED AS WELL AS THEIRS. More
