Not only you did the Due Diligence the service department staff was supposed to do at first but also you listened to my concern attentively, asked all the relevant questions and handled the situation amicably. You called the insurance company explained the situation to them and follow through even called me back the same night to let me know that the insurance company solved the issue and got to the bottom of it. Took my 2012 Rogue in for an oil change and to have the drivers seat creaking noise addressed. Scott was very friendly and he informed me that I didn't need all the work done that was bundled with the serv drivers seat creaking noise addressed. As for the seat creaking, they are ordering a news eat frame and will notify me when it's in and we'll schedule another appointment to have that replaced. I made the mistake of getting new tires installed at Sears. They ruined 2 of the 4 tire pressure sensors, which really didn't need to be touched at all.
