I made the mistake of getting new tires installed at Sears. They ruined 2 of the 4 tire pressure sensors, which really didn't need to be touched at all. I will continue to get my service work done here. More

I had an oil change recently and love their late hours (open until 11pm!). Easy to schedule an appointment with their flexible hours. It was a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like family with a overall great experience! I was in for a oil change and the rear wiper arm to be replaced on my Kia Sportage. Scott was very accommodating since I only had a certain amount of time I could be there. I VISITED BECAUSE OF A RECALL INVOLVING THE KEY FOBS AND TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO THE MINUTE. THE RECALL WAS REPAIRED, AND THE NECESSARY PART FOR THE CAMERA WAS ORDERED. SCOTT ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN THE PART CAME IN, THAT IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE CAR WOULD BE READY AS SOON AS THEY FINISHED WASHING IT. AWESOME! My parents bought a new Nissan Versa from Luther Nissan back in 2008. They just purchased a new Nissan so now I own the Versa. He was very professional and extremely personable! As Adam was walking me over to my car at the end of my appointment, I mentioned that I forgot to have something looked at.
