Had a great experience here! I am always used to waiting at least an hour for an oil change. This was the first time I went to Nissan and I waited only 25 minutes! I left the service department unhappy. I was told that my car that is a year old with 20,000 miles needed new tires. I have been a Nissan customer for 14 years and I have never had to replace my tires after car that is a year old with 20,000 miles needed new tires. I have been a Nissan customer for 14 years and I have never had to replace my tires after 1 year. Then I was told that I needed new wipers because I said they streaked a little due to ice. Of course they will streak with snow on them and freezing ice developing on them. They also wanted to change a few filters that were just changed. I just went in for an oil change and I felt pressured. I felt like all they saw were dollar signs on me. I refused any services other than the oil changed. I will be going somewhere else. More

I decided to give Luther a try after working with another local east side metro Kia dealer to fix a speaker problem which after in the shop 4 times could not isolate the problem and basically blew it off. I just left this go for awhile but really got more frustrated as time went on. I went to Luther and they actually listened and understood the issue. Needless to say this was not an easy fix. I ended up working directly with the tech and after sometime he was able to isolate the problem and solve it. Because of the experience I do give this Luther dealership a "Thumbs up" and a great thank you!!! More
