I left the service department unhappy. I was told that my car that is a year old with 20,000 miles needed new tires. I have been a Nissan customer for 14 years and I have never had to replace my tires after car that is a year old with 20,000 miles needed new tires. I have been a Nissan customer for 14 years and I have never had to replace my tires after 1 year. Then I was told that I needed new wipers because I said they streaked a little due to ice. Of course they will streak with snow on them and freezing ice developing on them. They also wanted to change a few filters that were just changed. I just went in for an oil change and I felt pressured. I felt like all they saw were dollar signs on me. I refused any services other than the oil changed. I will be going somewhere else. More
