He quickly remembered our conversation and reviewed everything with me including the cost. Verified my phone number, gave me an estimation of time for the service, and I was on my way. I was notified earlier than expected when my service had been completed, and made aware that there were no other problems found. I find this dealer to be prompt, honest, and reliable.
