My experience at Luther Nissan was generally excellent because of the friendly customer service (including shuttle rides to and from work) and the great price. My only concern was an apparent lack of familiarity with my Nissan Leaf. The technician did not know how to take off the parking break and was not familiar with the software update/recall that I was there for (in addition to my scheduled maintenance). I realize that Leafs are still new and fairly rare, and since they don't need frequent maintenance, the service staff probably doesn't see a lot of them. But as one of only a few Nissan dealers in the metro area, Luther would be well served to have specialists who can engender confidence that the service center knows how to service these cars. More
Came in to have oil changed on a 2006 Murano which overall was handled great! However, I also inquired about the "Service Engine" warning light that appeared a few days earlier but then disappeared? overall was handled great! I asked about placing the analyzer on the auto to determine why the light appeared and was told there is a $99 charge for this. Just a recommendation; for your returning customers who use your dealership for on-going service, why wouldn't you do the analyzing for free, as you do periodically for anyone who walks in off the street? Just a suggestion. Thanks! More

The only reason the quality of work is 4 stars of 5 is the fact that there were water spots on my car after the car wash. The staff in service is prompt, clear when explaining price, and friendly even whe the fact that there were water spots on my car after the car wash. So, without an appointment, my son and I st Greg ROCKS!! I received an email from corporate stating that the dealership now offered drive-up service. So, without an appointment, my son and I stopped in for an oil change. We then found out that the corporate email was inaccurate and we did NEED an appointment. Greg said he would see what he could do and we would have to wait. I said no problem as long as we had good coffee while we waited. My son and I were both out of there in less than 90 minutes. The service department was VERY BUSY, and Greg and company made us feel truly VALUED! This dealership is the BEST we have ever dealt with...sales, service, and administration...no doubt about it! I have concerns about why your OBD 2 was not able to detect the misfiring of cylinders 2 & 3 at Luther Kia in IGH. I asked the mechanic to check the spark plugs and he stated that he was not able to get detect the misfiring of cylinders 2 & 3 at Luther Kia in IGH. I asked the mechanic to check the spark plugs and he stated that he was not able to get a diagnosis from the computer and could not look at the engine. The mechanic recommended that we drive it over to the GM dealership because it was a Saturn. We purchased the vehicle at Luther Kia and had regular oil changes here. We just had some service at Luther and they never recommended the spark plugs be replaced which GM mechanic suggested. More
Fantastic service. After getting my car in for basic service (oil change), there were other issues with the car. He showed me what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He actually saved me money with service (oil change), there were other issues with the car. He showed me what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He actually saved me money with the repairs needed by making a couple phone calls and making a run to another dealer (my car is a Dodge) to get the part. Overall all, fantastic service by the entire team and that's why I they have my service, even though my car isn't a Kia or Nissan (I bought my car at Kia/Nissan). More
Mary Cerecedes is the perfect example of great customer service in any setting. She went above and beyond for me in my recent visit. My car was being towed due to a recall on the steering wheel locking up and she kept her doors open until I arrived to get a loaner car. She did not rush me and definitely showed that her customers mean a lot to her and want the best experience possible for them. Please give Mary as much recognition as you can. She made a difference and she should be acknowledge for the consideration of others and all together kindness she services to her customers. More
