Good afternoon, You comments make perfect sense. Actually what has happened is we lost our most experienced technician recently. It was by surprise but we are doing what we have to get back on track. Hello, Thanks for the response and suggestion. The reason we have the charge is that it covers the technician time to do whatever diagnosis is needed to determine the fault.
