We leased a 2013 Kia Soul (also had a 2011 leased Soul) and the first oil change was included in the deal. Made an appointment, I was on time, your service people completed the work on time, everything and the first oil change was included in the deal. Staff were friendly enough but not overly helpful. Brought in for recall, that may not have needed to be done as the work was already replaced a few months prior. The service resulted in an additional leak which I was told may happen but unfortunately Kia does not cover the new and costly repair not needed. I was told the leak was present when I brought the vehicle in but yet there was nothing to indicate that. Now the very next day I'm not only low on coolant but also tire pressure is low on one tire. Shouldn't that be checked as they did an oil change? Or at least they charged me for one. I was given a 800 number to discuss the issue with Kia motors. This proved to be a waste of time as they contacted Scott in service and they are only willing to accept his information, which by the way does not match up completely with what I was told. Kia told me that Scott says he informed me that the work will cause a leak (before the work was done) due to the handling of the parts. If I knew this before they did the work I would not have had it redone. Especially since I just paid to have the parts replaced a few months ago and the work was done without creating any new leaks. More
Scott did a great job of getting my car in and out as quickly as possible. Very friendly and helpful! When I purchased my Nissan Murano in 2010, I never thought I would be treated the same now as the day I picked up my Murano. This dealership treats each customer like they were the only customer. I always make appointments during the afternoon/evening when Mike Wagner will be there as I have found I can always Trust what he tells me about my vehicle's condition and any work needing to be done. While I was waiting for the car yesterday, Mike came in and told her the car was ready but needed in the near future to have a couple of things done. She said to go ahead and remarked as he left that she always felt comfortable when Mike told her anything needed to be done as she also had found he is completely Trustworthy and also did not therefore want to take her vehicle anywhere else. A huge Asset to the dealership! More
