My experience here is always pleasant. The service call to the dealership was prompt...got me to service right away. When I got to service they immediately booked my oil change. From the people answering the phones to the service employees no one seemed to have the correct information. My vehicle was here almost 4 weeks and for majority of the time no one knew where my vehicle employees no one seemed to have the correct information. My vehicle was here almost 4 weeks and for majority of the time no one knew where my vehicle was nor the status of the service. On one occasion I tried to call for an update and was hung up on 4 times! I have all my routine maintenance done here but after this experience it makes me doubt my choice in this dealership. When I last called to check on its status, already knowing it had been sitting at the dealership for 3 days because I saw it and even retrieved something from it, My call was promptly sent to the service dept. The woman doubted my call and said " well are you sure you didn't get a voicemail or something?". Last time i checked it was your employees at the dealership that lacked skills in phone operation. If it wasn't for my persistent check ups on my own car it may very well had been springtime by the time it was returned to me. More

Came from 494 at 5:00PM with transmission slipping problems and within an hour I got a loaner and a promise that they would contact me next day with a evaluation of the problem and solution. I delt with Scott Nemitz today .I told him what my problem has been for the past 30,000 miles on my Nissan Altima.
