This was the first time I have visited this Kia/Nissan dealership. I purchased my car from another dealership, however I had a factory recall on my car as well as other needed maintence, so I needed to dealership. I purchased my car from another dealership, however I had a factory recall on my car as well as other needed maintence, so I needed to take this to a Kia dealer. I planned my service online and the check in online was fantastic! I got in within a day. When I was greeted by Adam, he was very friendly and personable. He told me they would get to work on my car, and when I was walking away, he was already talking to services techs about my needs. I waited for less than an hour and when I was told it was done, they also threw in a complimentary car wash! My factory recall was addressed and the ticking in the blower motor was also replaced. I told several people already about the friendly service I received here and recommended them to get their car needs addressed at Kia/ Nissan in Inver Grove Heights! I arrived about an hour early for my scheduled appointment (7:30pm) and I was greeted promptly by Mary Cerecedes. My car was finished was 8:30pm, the original time my appointment was supposed to be at, so I really appreciated the timeliness of the service and that they were able to service my car earlier than anticipated. Mary found me in the waiting area and explained my multi-point inspection; all fluids were filled and there were no issues with my car. I also enjoyed having a freshly washed car. This was the first service appointment on my new Juke. I was met by Andrew the moment I arrived.
