On 03/24/14 I had my Nissan Murano serviced by Mike Wagner. Everything was done within a very reasonable span of time and very efficiently. Mike was very professional and polite, without being unnecessarily ingratiating. However, what I appreciated most of all was his ability to keep his word and follow up with me regarding an issue that couldn't be resolved during the appointment time: Mike undertook to call Warranty Center on my behalf to find out if certain parts of my vehicle were covered by my extended warranty or not. As it was pretty late to call the Center, Mike jotted down my cell phone # and told me he would make this phone call and get in touch with me the next day which he did. I'm very grateful to him for this because in this market, there aren't that many people who can keep their word, follow up with a client and accomplish it in a timely manner. Mike turned out to be precisely one of those capable of honoring their commitments. I think Mike delivers excellent customer service and has a solid work ethics. Thank you, Mike, once again! Anna C. I purchased my Kia Sorento from Joe Ray back in July 2013 (he was excellent, and very helpful by the way). I brought my vehicle in a couple of times for oil changes and had a remote starter installed about a (he was excellent, and very helpful by the way). I brought my vehicle in a couple of times for oil changes and had a remote starter installed about a month ago, but this most recent time was because my vehicle stalled while driving. You can imagine the anxiety and fear with having to continue driving knowing this had happened once; who's to say it won't happen again? I called Luther first thing in the morning and spoke to Greg Isham. I explained to him that the other Kia dealership in WBL said I would be charged for any time they have in to the vehicle if they find an electrical problem due to the viper remote starter that Luther had installed (since Barnett wasn't the ones who originally installed the viper, they reserve that right). Greg was very understanding and helpful and told me to bring it in and assured me I would be "taken care of". I dropped it off on Monday morning. Adam called me later that afternoon and said that they couldn't find anything wrong, as it wasn't registering on the computer and they test drove it a few times, but couldn't duplicate the issue. He then said that they weren't comfortable giving it back yet and asked if they could keep it for another day to do more testing. I agreed. The following morning I called to ask Adam a few questions regarding the vehicle, as something had come to mind that may have been relevant. I also asked him to look at another issue that I forgot to add when I originally brought in the car. I felt bad for being a "pest", but he said "Of course not. That's why we're here; we're here to fix vehicles." Every time I have called or gone in for service work, everyone is polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable, right down to the receptionist. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Jody More
I was thoroughly impressed with how quick courteous and professional my service visit went .I needed to be in and out as soon as possible and I am happy to say that I was out of service and on my way withi professional my service visit went .I needed to be in and out as soon as possible and I am happy to say that I was out of service and on my way within 45 minutes and they even had time to wash my vehicle.
