I know I can always get a straight answer from Adam when I have questions, and he does not treat me (like I have experienced at other places) like I am asking dumb questions or don't know what I am talking about. I worked on my own car when I was younger, so have some car knowledge so appreciate the way Adam interacts with me. My squeeky steering wheel issue: I was previously told, by your service personnel, that there is no fix, I had to live with it. Adam says they fixed it, so I am hoping that is true. Thanks. More
