Overall Good Spot Had a coolant leak at one of the heater hoses near the firewall of my 03 Sorento. It was in one of those locations you just cannot get tools into wit Had a coolant leak at one of the heater hoses near the firewall of my 03 Sorento. It was in one of those locations you just cannot get tools into without removing a great deal of components under the hood. The work was very swift, appointment was convenient, and the service personnel were great to deal with. My only complaint is the price. What a racket. $40.00 in parts with a total bill of $360.00. I know this is standard practice no matter where you go, it is just a general frustration. I would much rather pay this cost than accidentally destroy something doing it myself. I can honestly say that Luther Kia and the staff make this service center a place I will bring my vehicle again. More

1st time customer I took my car in during the lights out event and was very pleased with the service I received. This is the first time I have ever taken a car in for repair at any location and the work was completed in the time that they quoted and for the price I was quoted. My car runs great & even got a car wash. Everyone was very polite, pleasant & great to work with. More

Repairs that can be trusted When my 2006 Sedona needed @ $1,200 worth of repairs, having dealt with Mike Wagner ever since I bought the van, I had no hesitation in knowing they w When my 2006 Sedona needed @ $1,200 worth of repairs, having dealt with Mike Wagner ever since I bought the van, I had no hesitation in knowing they were needed (as opposed to other dealerships which at times seem to 'invent' repairs). He explained what was needed regarding the brake issue I'd brought it in for, and 2 other things he'd found in going over the van, as I'd asked him to do, that needed replacing. Having that clear explanation and from years of knowing I can completely trust his advice, he got all the repairs done in just 24 hours and also got @ $100 dollars off the estimated costs! With service like this, my Sedona will continue to provide worry free transportation for a long time to come! More
