ALWAYS Awesome! We are so happy with our new lease and car purchase! I met Igor about 4 months ago and when I walked into the show room, he headed towards me, he remembered me!!! That made me feel really special! Igor was such a great sales rep, very patient and not at all pushy, I so appreciated that... and Jamie was pure joy to deal with. We've been customers since 2004 and have never had a bad experience. I give the associates a perfect 10! And, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Adam who when I pulled into the service department greeted me with "Hey Dhona, long time no see, how are you doing?" that made my entire day! He knew me! Great job! I purchased my Kia Sorento a few months ago and couldn't be happier. Not only is the car awesome, but for the minor issues I've had with it, I've take I purchased my Kia Sorento a few months ago and couldn't be happier. Not only is the car awesome, but for the minor issues I've had with it, I've taken it to Luther Kia and they've fixed it, no charge! Of course the car is still under warranty, but its great to know that when they say there is a warranty, there's actually a warranty! The staff is very friendly and courteous, finding an appointment time that works for me is a breeze and they usually fix the issue within 90 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy place to buy (and maintain) their next car. More
