The work needed to be approved and was taking longer than Adam had thought so he was nice enough to give me a free rental car and got me on my way. I was informed when the work was approved and I was given a call when the work was completed. Great dealership, with great employees. Thanks Adam!! More

Service I brought my 2006 Sorento in because the power steering belt broke. While there I asked them to diagnose another problem. My appt was scheduled for la I brought my 2006 Sorento in because the power steering belt broke. While there I asked them to diagnose another problem. My appt was scheduled for late afternoon on a Tuesday and had to rent a car rather than them giving out a loaner as they did in the past. I received a call late Tuesday night with the diagnostic info and was told my vehicle would not be done until Saturday. I was charged for two days rental rather than 4 but still, once you are used to not being charged for the loaner its tough to have to begin paying for it. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LUTHER KIA FIRST OF ALL, I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE CALL CENTER AT WHICH TIME I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT WITH MIKE WAGNER WHO HAS HANDLED MY SERV FIRST OF ALL, I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE CALL CENTER AT WHICH TIME I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT WITH MIKE WAGNER WHO HAS HANDLED MY SERVICE NEEDS EVER SINCE I BOUGHT MY FIRST OPTIMA FROM LUTHER. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN WITH MIKE FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS. MIKE HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD ME THAT, IF I HAD A PROBLEM GETTING AN APPOINTMENT, TO CALL HIM WHICH I DID AND HE GOT ME IN WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I ARRIVED EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT SO I WENT INTO THE WAITING ROOM TO WAIT UNTIL MY APPOINTMENT TIME. MIKE WALKED THROUGH AND SAW ME WAITING. AT THAT POINT HE TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN. ITHE CAR WAS FINISHED IN THE TIMEFRAME PROMISED. MIKE IS TRULY AN EXAMPLE OF 5 STAR SERVICE. More
