Terrific Customer Service I had damaged the lens cover to the turn signal that is on the mirror of my KIA. Being in the area of the Luther Nissan KIA dealership, I stopped in t I had damaged the lens cover to the turn signal that is on the mirror of my KIA. Being in the area of the Luther Nissan KIA dealership, I stopped in to see how much the part cost and to schedule a time to bring the vehicle in for the repair. It was a Saturday and the service area was quite busy, but the service rep was able to schedule my repair for later that same day. When the repair was made, it was done quickly and they even washed the car before returning it to me. All around great service on this visit. More

Also was also assured by service tech that 0w-20 synthetic would be installed. Invoice states, however, that 5w-30 was used. Realize that it is acceptable, but disappointed that Nissan's first recommended 0w-20 oil was not used. H Zeller More

My appt was scheduled for la I brought my 2006 Sorento in because the power steering belt broke. While there I asked them to diagnose another problem. My appt was scheduled for late afternoon on a Tuesday and had to rent a car rather than them giving out a loaner as they did in the past. I received a call late Tuesday night with the diagnostic info and was told my vehicle would not be done until Saturday. I was charged for two days rental rather than 4 but still, once you are used to not being charged for the loaner its tough to have to begin paying for it. More
