It seemed like I barely sat down and they were already done. The service department looks like it runs very smoothly and organized. I will be back for the next oil change and in time for my next car. This kind of service has been offered consistently on all my visits to Nissan. During my last visit I had them do an oil change and repair the clip which keeps panel A fastened to the front interior of the car. The clip was covered under warranty and the car was ready at the time they had given me. I could not have asked for better service. More

Amazing! We brought our new 2015 Murano in for a recall item, and when we pulled into the service bay we were cheerfully greeted by Adam who knew our first nam We brought our new 2015 Murano in for a recall item, and when we pulled into the service bay we were cheerfully greeted by Adam who knew our first names and welcomed us to Luther Nissan. He immediately explained what Luther Nissan was going to do to the car, and for us for our inconvenience. He took all of our information and immediately put us in a loaner car while our work was being done. After the work was completed, he called us and offered to send a driver out to pick up our loaner vehicle and bring out our Murano so that we did not have to make a second trip to the dealership. He was very professional and in offering to bring our car back to us in Hudson, Wisconsin was something I have never seen from a dealership before, and I have also owned vehicles by Acura, Lexus, and BMW and never once has that been done for me before. That is very high praise for exemplary Customer Service! Hats Off To Adam.... and thank you Luther Nissan! More

Walk in broken car I got up on Monday morning and the car would not start, I got a neighbor to jump by car and I drove it strate to the Luther Kia (Inver Grove Heights) I got up on Monday morning and the car would not start, I got a neighbor to jump by car and I drove it strate to the Luther Kia (Inver Grove Heights) They took me to work, got my car fixed and came back and picked me up so I had my car back by 3:00pm. I am a long time customer and first came to them after starting a new job in Eagan. (2001) I had a new KIA I had purchased in White Bear who had brought me to work while they did service on my car and called to tell me the warranty said they had to bring me to work but they didn't have to pick me up. The wonderful folks at Inver Grove Luther Nissan Kia have been taking care of my cars ever since. More
