Our service tech, Tom Stensrud advised me upon arrival that they were "running" a little behind this morning due to an unforeseen electrical problem in one of the service bays. Tom advised me that he would do his best to make sure we were taken care of while they dealt with the service bay issues. Tom kept me informed the entire time and still got us out the door within the timeframe originally given for a typical Oil & Lube service appointment. I was very thankful that Tom and his staff members still kept their promise to us to get the job done on time. The communication and the friendly service was second to none. I would highly recommend Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights to anyone who is looking for quality and friendly service on their Nissan. More

Great Service Dept! I was on the road to Red Wing this morning when suddenly my Check Engine Light went on. I turned my vehicle around and took my vehicle to Luther's Service Dept. I left the car in their care and within a couple of hours they were able to diagnose the problem. The car was repaired and I was on my way by 3:30 this afternoon. What great service and with no appointment! I was even doubly pleased when I got into the car to find it washed and vacuumed, I will definitely use Luther Nissan again for all my service needs. More

They were able to get me in before my scheduled appointment at the busiest time of day and they gave me a great deal. I can't thank them enough!!
